Precast Concrete Defence products
Strada-TVCBs - Designed for fast deployment on roads, bases, or deployment zones, TVCBs provide immediate HVM and crowd/vehicle control. Available in various weights and lengths—from 1,465 kg to 2,500 kg—and include corner blocks for adaptive layouts.
Jersey and Jersey-Lite® Barriers - Heavy-duty, interlocking systems delivering perimeter defence against vehicles. Standard Jersey barriers are 2,500 mm long, weighing 1,450 kg, while Jersey-Lite® offers a lighter alternative (705 kg) for smaller needs or rapid repositioning. Compliant with EN 1317:2010.
Tank Trap Pyramid Barriers (TTPBs) - Featuring a modular, dragon’s-teeth design, these barriers are optimised to halt vehicle traversal through impalement of tyres. Available in single and triple pyramid units (760 kg to 2,500 kg), ideal for perimeter intrusion protection at high-value sites.
Security Blocks - Ranging from massive 2,400 kg Legato® blocks to smaller options like Duo™ and Marquee variants, these are ideal for blocking access points, reinforcing gates and serving as mobile defensive installations. Can be customised with logos or Ministry of Transport chevrons for military branding or mission identification.
Bollards and Minion-Bollards® - Circular, freestanding high-strength concrete bollards offer cost-effective pedestrian and vehicle restriction. The unique Minion-Bollards® feature removable eyelets for signage, chains, and multi-use in fast-paced operations. Particularly suitable for vehicle checkpoint delineation or field camp layout.
Yarnold Bunkers - Fast to deploy, freestanding, compact fortified guard posts that are usually positioned near the perimeters of MOD stations and sensitive military zones, Yarnold Bunkers offer protection for the military against small-arms fire.
Blast Walls - Independently tested, robust Legato® and Vee® Blocks are specifically suited for blast protection and shielding in high-risk defence and security environments, demonstrating outstanding resilience under extreme conditions, making them ideal for applications where safety and containment are critical.
Training Compounds - Designed to meet the demanding training requirements of the Armed Forces in frontline operations in relation to managing explosives and firearms within overseas villages, buildings, forward operating bases, military compounds and secure installations.
