Richard has built the Elite Precast team around industry knowledge, technical expertise and customer service excellence. With extensive experience across the precast concrete and construction sectors, Richard has helped establish Elite Precast as a trusted supplier for projects throughout the UK. Before establishing Elite Precast Concrete, Richard gained extensive industry experience working with both Johnston Pipes and Ennstone, building a strong background in precast concrete manufacturing, commercial operations and the construction sector. Richard's vision has always been to create a business founded on technical expertise, quality manufacturing and long-term customer relationships. Under his leadership, Elite Precast has continually expanded its product portfolio to include market-leading retaining wall systems, interlocking concrete blocks, drainage products, security barriers, bespoke precast solutions and specialist products for emerging sectors including renewable energy, electric vehicle infrastructure, defence and data centres.

Owen leads the interlocking and ballast block, barriers, service protection, fencing, defence and data centre infrastructure operations, supporting customers across a wide range of sectors. With a strong background in the quarrying and aggregates industry, Owen has undertaken directorship roles for several quarry businesses, including Ennstone, Traxx Aggregates and WHA Recycling, giving him extensive commercial and operational experience across construction, infrastructure and heavy industry. During his time at Elite Precast, Owen has played a key role in the company’s continued growth and is recognised for delivering practical, high-quality precast concrete solutions that improve efficiency, safety and sustainability on projects ranging from highways and major infrastructure to waste and recycling facilities, utilities and defence projects. His focus on understanding each project’s operational requirements, combined with Elite Precast’s manufacturing capabilities, helps customers achieve solutions that deliver both immediate construction benefits and long-term performance.

Bringing more than 30 years of leadership, commercial and technical experience within the UK precast concrete, with directorship roles at Johnston Pipes, CPM Group, Marshalls Civils & Drainage and Naylor Concrete, Paul plays a key role in strengthening the company's product offering, developing new market opportunities and supporting customers with innovative precast concrete solutions, including Retainer-Rock retaining walls, EV charging bases and Silo Foundation Base Slabs. Committed to innovation, customer service and long-term partnerships, Paul combines strategic commercial leadership with extensive industry knowledge to help clients overcome engineering challenges and deliver successful projects. His collaborative approach and passion for continuous improvement continue to support Elite Precast Concrete's reputation as one of the UK's leading manufacturers of high-quality precast concrete solutions.

Working closely with the senior leadership team, Louise is responsible for driving the company’s marketing, communications and brand development activities, strengthening customer engagement and promoting Elite Precast's expanding portfolio of precast concrete products and bespoke engineering solutions. In addition to her marketing responsibilities, she plays a key role in developing the company's workforce, overseeing apprenticeship programmes, employee development, recruitment support and social value initiatives, helping deliver Elite’s commitment to its team members, as well as its products. Louise has over 30 years of experience within the precast concrete and construction materials industry, with marketing and commercial roles with Johnston Pipes, FP McCann, CPM Group, Marshalls Civils & Drainage and Marshalls plc and is an active within the Precast Drainage Mineral Products Association.

With extensive experience in accounting and financial management, David oversees the company's day-to-day finance functions, including budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, statutory compliance and management accounts. His analytical approach and attention to detail help provide accurate financial information that supports informed decision-making across the organisation.

Working closely with the finance team and senior management, Louise is responsible for our business support function, her organised approach and attention to detail help maintain the high standards of financial accuracy that support the continued growth of the business. As part of her commitment to professional development, Louise is currently studying towards the CIMA Certificate in Business Accounting, further enhancing her knowledge of financial management, business performance and strategic decision-making.

Kelly helps ensure that day-to-day financial processes are managed accurately, as part of her professional development, Kelly is currently studying towards her AAT Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting, further developing her expertise in financial management, accounting principles and business finance. Combining formal study with practical experience allows her to continually enhance her skills while supporting the evolving needs of the business. Along with her other accounting responsivities, Kelly is responsible for ensuring we get paid – we all love Kelly!

Ensuring we pay people on time and correctly is important to us, it’s the way we do business and Kelly Hope, Accounts Payable Clerk, ensures this happens, safeguarding the efficient management of Elite’s supplier accounts and payment processes. Committed to accuracy, efficiency and excellent customer service, Kelly takes pride in building positive working relationships with suppliers and colleagues alike.

Making sure we get paid is Credit Controller, Michelle Warren, who has the friendliest way of asking for payment dates and money. Michelle is responsible for supporting a healthy cashflow across the business, working closely with customers, the sales team and the finance department, Michelle helps ensure accounts are managed professionally and efficiently while maintaining strong customer relationships.
