The people behind Elite Precast

Richard has built the Elite Precast team around industry knowledge, technical expertise and customer service excellence, helping establish the company as a trusted supplier for projects throughout the UK. Before founding Elite Precast, he gained extensive precast concrete, commercial and construction experience at Johnston Pipes and Ennstone.

Owen leads the interlocking and ballast block, barriers, service protection, fencing, defence and data centre infrastructure operations, supporting customers across a wide range of sectors. With a background in the quarry industry, he has held directorships at Ennstone, Traxx Aggregates and WHA Recycling.

Working alongside Owen, Jessica works closely with customers, products and the despatch team to ensure a high level of customer support and account management. She is currently undertaking a Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship at Aston University.

Steve is responsible for the fencing range and its development at Elite Precast, having joined from Besblock.

Paul works closely with stakeholders to develop tailored precast concrete solutions, leading new product development across retaining walls, drainage, agricultural and renewable energy applications to support long-term project infrastructure. With over 30 years in precast drainage, he has held directorships at Johnston Pipes, CPM Group, Marshalls Civils & Drainage and Naylor Concrete.

Specialising in Retainer-Rock retaining wall systems and bespoke solutions, Rob supports stakeholders with technical advice and product selection, as well as preparing quotations and assisting with project coordination. Before joining Elite Precast, he worked on retaining wall projects at Geogrow.

Responsible for brand development, market presence and business development, Lou supports our apprenticeships and people development alongside commercial and sales operations. She brings an extensive precast drainage background, having previously worked for Johnston Pipes, F P McCann, CPM, Marshalls Civils & Drainage and Marshalls plc.

Colin supports the technical side of the business, providing CAD expertise, product drawings, technical support and IT systems management to help ensure smooth project delivery. He has previously worked at Johnston Pipes, Thomas Consulting and Air Liquide.

Agy supports our engineering and design function, gaining hands-on experience alongside the formal training of her apprenticeship. In 2025 she won Manufacturing and Engineering Apprentice of the Year and overall Telford and Wrekin Apprentice of the Year.

Having worked within the Johnston Pipes loading team and driven lorries commercially, Paul has extensive knowledge of both our products and delivery services, making him ideally placed to offer the best customer and project delivery experience.

With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Debbie understands the importance of detail and compliance. Working alongside the despatch team, she helps ensure the correct products are delivered to site on time, every time.

David leads the Accounts team, managing customer accounts, invoicing, credit control and financial administration with accuracy and care.

Louise helps projects run smoothly while maintaining the high standards of service and reliability Elite Precast is known for.

Kelly handles a wide range of day-to-day accounting responsibilities and helps make sure everyone gets paid.

Kelly ensures suppliers and staff are paid on time and correctly — central to the way we do business.

Michelle manages credit control across the business, with a friendly, approachable way of staying on top of payment dates.

With over 30 years of experience, Phil understands the importance of material and product compliance with industry and British Standards, having worked for Tarmac, CPM Group and Marshalls Civils & Drainage.

Matt is undertaking a Mineral Products Technician Apprenticeship through the University of Derby and is responsible for our ISO and other compliance, alongside process improvements within the manufacturing operations.
